Omer Ivanir Managing Partner
Omer Ivanir is a co-founder and managing partner of Triwest Development. Omer focuses on deal evaluation, acquisition, financing, and investor relations for Triwest Development. Omer has been in real estate finance and development for eight years with over $1BN in transactions for various real estate projects He graduated from the University of Southern California with a BS in business and a concentration in Real Estate Finance; Juris Doctor Cum Laude from Loyola Law School. Omer is a recreational pilot and enjoys traveling.
Blake Overend Managing Partner
Blake Overend is a co-founder and managing partner of Triwest Development. Blake runs operations for Triwest Development and focuses on evaluation, acquisition, renovation, and re-sale of residential real estate properties. He has over eight years of experience in acquiring, developing and selling distressed residential real estate in Los Angeles County. He has overseen over 125+ transactions valued at more than $350 million since Triwest Development’s inception. Blake graduated from the University of Southern California with a BS in business and a concentration in Real Estate Finance and Entrepreneurship. Blake enjoys golfing and hunting in his free time.
Bryce Overend Managing Partner
Bryce Overend is a co-founder and managing partner of Triwest Development. Bryce began his career at George Smith Partners, a real estate investment bank where he focused on sourcing construction financing, JV equity and subordinate debt for real estate investors and developers. Bryce has been in the real estate finance and development for six years with over $750,000 MM in transactions for various real estate projects. He graduated from the University of Southern California with a BS in business and a concentration in Corporate and Real Estate Finance. Bryce focuses on deal evaluation, financing, and operations for Triwest Development.
Richard Crane Director of Construction
Richard Crane is the director of construction at Triwest Development. Richards brings over 30 years of wide-ranging experience in real estate development and project management. Richard has developed, constructed and managed various LIHTC multifamily housing projects, large multifamily renovation projects, large-scale commercial tenant improvements and facilities management. Richard is a University of Florida alumni and enjoys spending time barbequing with his family.
Mike Sutherland Chief Financial Officer
Mike Sutherland is the Chief Financial Officer of Triwest Development. Mike is responsible for maintaining all accounting responsibilities as well as cash management, banking and investor relations, and HR duties. Prior to joining Triwest, Mike worked at Wedgewood Enterprise Corporation, a multi-billion dollar private real-estate firm, heading their Non-Performing Loan (NPL) Division, underwriting more than $1B of NPL acquisitions. Mike graduated from UC Santa Barbara with a BS in Business and was a member of the Gaucho baseball team. He is married with three children, and enjoys playing and coaching baseball, golf, and classic muscle cars.
Nick Greco Director of Operations
Nick Greco is the Director of Operations at Triwest Development, he has been with Triwest since its founding and is involved in many facets of the company. Nick graduated from Long Beach State with a BS in business administration and got into the real estate industry shortly after graduation. Nick enjoys golf and being in the great outdoors.
Cristina Hernandez Accounts Manager
Cristina Hernandez is the Account Manager at TriWest Development. Cristina processes all the Construction Loan Draws, Accounts Payable, helps with cash management and is responsible for reconciling all bank accounts. Before joining the TriWest team, Cristina worked at a multi-billion dollar private real-estate firm where she started as the receptionist and made her way up to becoming the Accounts Payable Manager where she managed a team of 5. Cristina is currently a UCLA Extension student where she is working towards an accounting certificate. She enjoys going to concerts, spending time with family and loves pizza.
