Andrew Wilkey is the director of acquisitions at TriWest Development. Andrew focuses on deal evaluation, deal sourcing and financing for Multifamily, Single Family and Development acquisitions. He began his career at Cushman Wakefield at the Transamerica Pyramid building in San Francisco working operations, and after moving to Santa Monica became a multifamily sales broker in 2015. In his relatively short brokerage career, Andrew closed 13 transactions worth over $20m in multifamily and development sales. Since joining TriWest, Andrew has sourced and led over $350m in multifamily & single family transactions. He graduated with a degree in Finance from San Francisco State University with a concentration in commercial real estate.  Andrew lives in Venice Beach and enjoys surfing and spending time with family in Newport Beach.
