Kayla Saeidian is an Executive Property Developer at TriWest Development. Her role focuses on expediting entitlements, managing construction, coordinating presales for TriWest’s Single Family Home pipeline. Her role also focuses on executing the design and layout of all our homes. She studied Real Estate Development at the University of Southern California, which focused on financial and market analysis as well as economics, urban context and design.  Prior to Kayla’s position at TriWest, her background focused on working alongside real estate developers in the Greater Los Angeles, developing single family homes as well as live-work office spaces.
