Kristen Jaffe is TriWest Multifamily’s Senior Asset Manager.  Kristen started her career in residential property management in 2004. Her management experience includes multi-family, mixed-use, owner and fee-managed, conventional and affordable, Class A, B and C, garden and podium styles, lease-up, redevelopment, rehab, repositioning, value-add, acquisition, and disposition.  Kristen holds both a CPM® and an ARM® from IREM®. She is active in her local IREM Fort Worth Chapter, having chaired multiple committees and having served as Chapter President. Kristen also achieved her CCIM designation and is a member of the North Texas Chapter. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from St. Lawrence University.
