A Los Angeles-based firm has entered the Orlando multifamily market with a $47.3 million purchase in Winter Springs – and it plans to invest further into its new acquisition. 1020 Winter Springs Owner LLC, a subsidiary of real estate investment firm TriWest Multifamily, bought the 208-unit 1020 at Winter Springs apartment community on Oct. 12 for just over $227,400 per unit, according to Seminole County records.
