He graduated from the University of Southern California with a BS in business and a concentration in Corporate and Real Estate Finance.

Blake runs operations for TriWest Development and focuses on evaluation, acquisition, renovation, and resale of distressed residential real estate properties. Blake has over 10 years experience in buying and selling distressed residential properties in Los Angeles County and has overseen over 150+ transactions valued at more than $500 million.
