Partner

Omer Ivanir is a co-founder and partner of TriWest Multifamily. Omer focuses on deal evaluation, acquisition, financing, and investor relations for TriWest Multifamily. Omer is also a co-founder of TriWest development, a leading los Angeles based development company focused on luxury single family, assisted living and co-living development opportunities. Omer has been in real estate finance and development for thirteen years with over $2BN in transactions for various real estate projects. He graduated from the University of Southern California with a BS in business and a concentration in Real Estate Finance; Juris Doctor Cum Laude from Loyola Law School. Omer is a recreational pilot and enjoys traveling and surfing.

Partner

Blake Overend is a co-founder and partner of TriWest Development. Blake runs operations for TriWest Development and focuses on evaluation, acqiusition, renoavtion, and resale of distressed residential real estate properties. Blake has over 10 years experience in buying and selling distressed residential properties in Los Angeles County and has overseen over 150+ transactions valued at more than $500 million. Blake graduated from the University of Southern California with a BS in Business and a concentration in Real Estate Finance and Entrepreneurship

Bryce Overend

Partner

Bryce Overend is a co-founder and partner of TriWest Multifamily. Bryce focuses on deal evaluation, financing, operations and investor relations for TriWest Multifamily. Bryce is also a co-founder of TriWest development, a leading los Angeles based development company focused on luxury single family, assisted living and co-living development opportunities. Bryce has been leading real estate financing and investment/development opportunities for ten years with over $1.5BN in transactions for various real estate projects. He graduated from the University of Southern California with a BS in business and a concentration in Corporate and Real Estate Finance.

Greg Zartarian

Partner

Greg Zartarian is a Partner of TriWest Multifamily. He is responsible for deal sourcing, evaluation, and financing for acquisitions in the eastern United States. Prior to joining TriWest, Greg was an Associate Director with TruAmerica Multifamily where he was involved with 32 acquisitions located in various southeast markets representing 10,683 apartments and $1.77 billion of acquisition volume. Greg began his career in multifamily real estate ten years ago with AvalonBay Communities, where he worked as a financial analyst for three years. He graduated with a B.A. in Economics from Colby College and a M.B.A. from Georgetown University. He also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst certification.

Mike Sutherland

Chief Financial Officer

Mike Sutherland is Triwest Development’s CFO. He is responsible for overseeing the Accounting and Finance department, HR, IT, maintaining Banking relationships, and coordinating closings. Prior to joining Triwest in 2016, Mike was Wedgewood Enterprise Corporation’s Financial Controller. In this capacity, he was primarily responsible for the accounting/financial analysis and acquisition of new product for the company’s non-performing loan (NPL) business, which grew from $5MM in 2010 to over $1B in 2015. Mike joined Wedgewood in 2010 from Housing Capital Company, a multi-billion dollar residential construction lender, where he worked as a financial analyst for four years. Earlier in his career, he worked as a staff accountant for Raimondo Pettit Group, a regional CPA firm in the Los Angeles area. Mike graduated from UC Santa Barbara with a B.A. in Economics (Accounting Emphasis) in 2004. A former high school and college baseball player, Mike enjoys coaching his 2 kids’ sports, cooking, and classic muscle cars.

James DeLisle

Vice President of Asset Management

James DeLisle is a Vice President at TriWest Multifamily. In his prior role at SDS Group as Vice President he oversaw the day to day management of multiple real estate investment funds. Prior to joining SDS, James spent the better part of a decade at development firms on the West Coast including Mack Urban and Integra Property Group. He led asset and major development teams across the nation with full accountability for over $6.5B in assets. Prior to his development experience, James worked as a consultant where he provided portfolio and asset management strategies for clients such as Samis Land Company, CBRE Global Investors and Jones Lang LaSalle – Microsoft Account. James is a graduate of the University of Washington where he received a Master’s in Real Estate, a Master’s Certificate in Global Trade, Transportation, Logistics and a Bachelors in Business Administration. Additionally, he holds a Master’s certificate Construction Management from the University of California, Los Angeles and his Series 65. During his graduate studies he was also a member of UW Lacrosse team.

Andrew Wilkey

Director of Acquisitions

Andrew Wilkey is the director of acquisitions at TriWest Development. Andrew focuses on deal evaluation, deal sourcing and financing for Multifamily, Single Family and Development acquisitions. He began his career at Cushman Wakefield at the Transamerica Pyramid building in San Francisco working operations, and became a multifamily sales broker in 2015. In his relatively short brokerage career, Andrew closed over $20m worth of multifamily and development sales. Since joining TriWest, Andrew has sourced and led over $350m in multifamily & single family transactions. He graduated with a degree in Finance from San Francisco State University with a concentration in commercial real estate.

Brandon Eshaghzadeh

Associate

Brandon Eshaghzadeh is an Acquisitions Analyst at TriWest Multifamily. Brandon primarily focuses on sourcing, underwriting and analyzing all multifamily investments and single family development opportunities. In this role, he has been involved in the acquisition of over 15 development sites and 500+ units valued at $150+ million. Prior to joining TriWest, Brandon developed strong underwriting experience as a Summer Analyst at Rialto Capital where he underwrote over $500 million worth of various commercial properties. Brandon also established excellent development/operational experience for the grand opening of the Palisades Village as a Summer Intern at Caruso. Brandon is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a BBA in Real Estate & Urban Land Economics.

Kayla Saedian

Executive Property Developer

Kayla Saeidian is an Executive Property Developer at TriWest Development. Her role focuses on expediting entitlements, managing construction, coordinating presales for TriWest's Single Family Home pipeline. Her role also focuses on executing the design and layout of all our homes. She studied Real Estate Development at the University of Southern California, which focused on financial and market analysis as well as economics, urban context and design.  Prior to Kayla’s position at TriWest, her background focused on working alongside real estate developers in the Greater Los Angeles, developing single family homes as well as live-work office spaces.

Project Accountant

Lidia is part of the accounting department at TriWest Development. Lidia is in charge of Single Family and Development book keeping. Lidia manages the cash flow for single family properties, working directly with financial institutions, general contractors and vendors. Lidia has over 20 years of experience working in the accounting. Lidia graduated from El Camino College with a degree in Business /Accounting. Lidia enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.
